Rick brings over 30 years of IT experience, including roles in Service Delivery, Programme Management, and Consulting. At Vennersys, he leads the Projects and Support teams, ensuring a smooth, professional transition from project phase to support. Outside work, Rick enjoys family time, sports, and films.

Luke has over 20 years’ experience in the IT sector, working in a variety of roles including application management and service management. Since joining Vennersys Luke has focused on the relationship between the customer and has worked on improving customer satisfaction to enhance the overall customer experience. He enjoys playing golf and watching football.  

Chris has worked in technology for 10+ years, prior to working at Vennersys. He has always worked around a technology support environment and knows first-hand what customers expect. Chris is an adventurous type of person who loves to visit new countries and go on hikes.  

Callum has had a passion for IT from a young age, starting out helping in a local computer shop. From here, he went on to study software development at college and then had an apprenticeship as an infrastructure technician. In his free time, Callum likes to spend time with his family going on walks.

Shakil has over 15 years of experience in Software Implementation and Project Management in the SaaS and IT industry in various sectors. Shakil works with clients from project initiation, design, build, testing, through to Go-live. In his spare time Shakil enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with his friends and family.  

Miles is a Project Implementation Consultant and has been at Vennersys for three years, with eight years of experience in IT and software. He enjoys working on projects, building customer relationships, and visiting incredible sites. Outside of work, Miles loves playing and watching football and spending quality time with his family on days out.
