Kelmarsh Hall is a Grade I listed country house built in 1732. The Kelmarsh Estate is now in the care of a charitable trust, charged with maintaining it in perpetuity for the benefit of the nation. The house and gardens have increased their opening days from one to three days a week from April to October, and the visitor experience includes a tea room and gift shop. The estate can also be hired for weddings and other events including concerts, and visitors have the opportunity to become season ticket holders. With Bank Holidays and the summer holiday period proving peak times for the attraction, the increase in open days and the opening of a new ‘life below stairs’ interactive visitor experience the Estate needed a new integrated till admissions system to streamline the process and make reporting easier.
