Little Owl Farm Park

Little Owl Farm Park is a family-run, educational farm park aimed at children and families based in Worcestershire. The farm opened in 2013 and plays host to several special events throughout the year, including welcoming regular school trips and birthday parties.

The team at Little Owl Farm Park first approached us in early 2020 as they realised it was time to migrate to an online booking system. Their customers were asking for it and the business was expanding, so they thought it would be the perfect time to make the change.

Their previous system operated with a ‘pay on entry’ model which proved challenging when it came to capacity-managed events, and all reports on revenue and sales needed to be completed by hand.

They decided that they wanted a fully integrated online system that could also help them manage events, integrate with their existing EPoS system, and provide detailed data reports all with constant, reliable support from the provider.
